Ronan celebrated his first Easter with a special visitor...his Uncle Jonathan (Sherman's brother) came up from Arizona to meet his new nephew. We had a nice family dinner on Saturday with Sherman's Dad, Stepmom, Grandma, and Uncle Jonathan. Sherman did all the cooking - I was so proud and thankful!

On Sunday, Ronan got his very first Easter basket. He wasn't all too thrilled at the time (although he had been stealing peeks all week at it)...he was just so overtired from the festivities the day before. If we have learned one thing about Ronan it is that he likes a party and will refuse to do more than a catnap if there is one going on.
We went over to my sister Jen's house where all the cousins participated in an Easter egg hunt. The sunshine was out and it was in the mid 60's making it a rare, but welcome Easter day. It is so much fun to watch all the cousins interact. There is just so much joy in children. I can't wait to see Ronan toddle around next year during the hunt (and Lily too)!
We had a beautiful dinner, the kids encouraged the adults to shake it playing Wii, and the kids were all great (and completely exhausted at the end of it all). Happy Easter!
