Halloween with Baby Boy.

Halloween in all it's glory this year. We have always enjoyed this holiday. We always dress up and attend parties, but having a baby brought this holiday to a whole new level. I obsessed about  his costume and we finally settled on well, two.

A classic sweet baby outfit gifted by Grandmama.

Sweet Lil" Pumpkin:

This was a fitting outfit for baby boy as he is obsessed with pumpkins...I mean they are like a ball, bright orange with a big smiley face...what is not to love?

And then we needed a family themed outfit since we had a costume party the weekend before. So well, Ewoks are adorable. Our baby as an Ewok, however, over the top irresistible:

And on Halloween we let the Trick or Treaters come to us from the comfort of the driveway. With yummy food and drinks and a couch and pack n' play to boot.

Baby boy was so much fun to dress, show off, and to watch him take all the fun in. He literally has since become obsessed with pumpkins.

He loved the kids coming in costume to Trick or Treat...but he quickly became more jealous of their accessories than enthused. So, early bedtime it was...Our little Ewok was down by 7 o'clock as the festivities got the best of him. But that left his parents to enjoy the driveway party for a few hours.

We sat and ate and drank and watched the full moon rise. We met neighbors and chatted with kids (yes, even the highschoolers). That used to annoy me, now I think it is sweet and endearing that they hold on to this childhood event.

I could see the years flash before my eyes...costumes, and parties, and trick or treating. Precious times ahead for sure.
