21 Months

At 21 Months:

- What size of clothing does baby wear?: 24 month and 2T (onesies/pj's/tees), 18-24 months (pants)

- Any milestones baby reached during the month:  Moved into the big kid area for naps at daycare. :) You literally lay down on a cot in a room full of toys and kids and sleep for 3 hours!! Recently you just laid down on our living room floor and drifted to sleep - the first time you have ever slowed down enough to do that! 

- Special outings baby had during the month: Banks Lank Annual trip - full of fun in the sun! A trip to the Zoo for Molly's birthday.

- What are your thoughts about the past month?: You are changing once again. I took a picture yesterday and literally gasped out loud and said to your daddy, "you can see what he is going to look like as a teenager." And you really could. Your body is lengthening and your losing what little round chub you had left.  I feel more and more nostalgic about your infancy...perhaps a nod that it is time to add to our family once again. 

- What was baby's routine?: Sleeping well - usually 10-11 hours at night and a 2-3 hour nap in the afternoon. 

- Reflect about the highlights of the month: Boating and camping in the sun!

- What are baby's favorites?:  Books!! Favorites are: "Polar Bear, Polar Bear", "The Very Hungary Caterpillar" and "The Very Busy Spider" all by Eric Carle.  "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" is your favorite song and the one and only one I am allowed to sing to you as you fall asleep.

Favorite Foods:  "A Bar!"
